I've got an issue with Forms.
Without even changing settings in between tests, it appears an E-Mail is only sometimes sent.
When the E-Mail goes out, it works for both the admin and customer E-Mail.
But when it does not - which after hours of testing I would say is about, if not precisely every second try - there's neither an E-Mail nor any kind of error message, which is a huge problem since the form was planned to help customers make appointments for a small business and that way neither side knows, that the form has not been sent.
What could I check in order to fix this?
