Hi,

I upgraded from Joomla 3.9 to 4 and everything went fine. However, I identified a malfunction in the Form, in the condition logic. By admin it works, but on the front end the fields that should be called don't appear.

The website address is: www.consorciosantanderdigital.com.br/

Admin access

Thanks, it worked again, but what happened?

Another thing I would ask for within the dropdown field include a "select all" button. As I have a lot of fields to change, I usually have to delete and re-include. This would make my job easier and that of many others with the same need!

And an additional question, how do I customize the return of a message sent on the website's frontend, after submitting the form data?

I appreciate the agility in this solution, thank you very much!

Regards,

Carlos

The problem was related to Joomla 4.
Regarding the "select all" button, we will consider your proposal

Your question is not entirely clear, what do you mean "return of a message"?

It is the popup that appears after submitting form data on the website's frontend. The message "We have received your data etc".

How do I customize it, as it only appears in black and in the lower right corner of the screen.

if we understood you correctly, you can do it in the settings of the submit button

Hi, this is the backend area. The message appears on the frontend in a gray box. How do I customize changing the color, positioning. Anyway, that I can align with the design of each site?

Another thing, after upgrading from joomla 3.9 to 4 it caused a problem with the submenu icons, there is no spacing between the icon and the submenu text. See the screenshot.

Thanks again!

Hi there!

Solution for submenu icons - add this code to the Gridbox CSS editor. Thank you for informing us, will be fixed with the next update. :whistle:
li span i.ba-menu-item-icon, li a i.ba-menu-item-icon {
    margin-right: 10px;
    color: inherit;
    line-height: 0;
    text-align: center;
    vertical-align: middle;
    width: 1em;
}

regarding the grey box in forms, you can change design using custom CSS code ;)
here is an example:
#ba-forms-notification {
    background: #fff;
    left: 50%;
    top: 50%;
    transform: translate(-50%, -50%);
    width: 400px;
    height: max-content;
    padding: 50px;
}

#ba-forms-notification i.zmdi.zmdi-close,
#ba-forms-notification p {
    color: #000;
}

#ba-forms-notification p {
    font-size: 18px;
    line-height: 28px;
}
