Joomla Forms update 2.0.5 breaks forms

Hi,

I was running the forms 2.0.4 and when updating to 2.0.5, dropdown field, telephone field and calendar field are gone. This happened on 2 different sites.

Note the missing fields are still visible in admin.

I found out what was causing this. I did update manually, (downloaded from you website ) somehow the licensed version became a free version after the update. By activating the license again, things turned out normal again.
