Forms attach PDF

HI, We had the attach PDF data working to send to admin but it seems to have stopped functioning and we only receive the data within the email content with the PDF attachment missing.

Any idea why it suddenly stopped working?
We even uninstalled and re-installed the Balbooa forms but still same issue.

Describe after which the problem appeared (perhaps updating joomla or another component or adding a code)
