SMTP working, error on send

Hi! my smtp settings are working in Joomla, I receive e-mails with it, can test it. works fine.

When I send a form with BaForms, it says:
Send Message Error!

Your message could not be sent!

I cannot diagnose why, can someone assist?

Here is can be next 2 moments:

1. Be sure, that for email you are using field type: email


2. Be sure, that reCAPTCHA is disabled
