Yes, I have the field setting set to products but not sure how to get the form to process a payment for the calculation. The Submit button is set to payment gateway.

I've tried to configure the PayPal integration with the client's email address and also a sandbox user for testing and can't get either one to work.

The form is at: casite-1280690.cloudaccess.net (click 'Get Started' next to Translation services)

I mentioned that I also tried it with sandbox user and it still doesn't work. Plus, isn't the sandbox account only for testing? How do you connect that to a PayPal account. The documentation is not very detailed.

Hello,

The integration process is described in as much detail as possible.
In order to disable the sandbox, you need to select live

Forgive my ignorance but I'm having a hard time understating why you are having the extension connect to PayPal this way. My client is not a web developer, they don't have much technical understanding, so why do they need to create a sandbox acct/App under a PayPal *developer* account in-order to be able to accept payment on their website? I can not create a developer account for them since it's related to their business financials. Every other Joomla extension that connects to PayPal just uses the email address for simplicity.
