I have a recent installation of Dreamport theme and while trying to figure out why forms do not display (actually only this ID is shown [forms ID=27]) I found out in your blog that Forms component must be installed before the theme in order for the forms to be imported.
Is there anything I can do now to fix it?
Can I uninstall the theme and go through the process again?

Hello,

Yes, you need to delete installed theme and pages. And install theme again

Hi,

As you proposed I did uninstall the theme and then installed it again but now there is a new problem: admin back-end and editor work fine but the front end gives a "404 error - page not found"

Hello,

You need to assign Gridbox Pages to menu items, here is a tutorial: Displaying Gridbox Pages on the Frontend
