Hello,

You need to find the right slider height for each width screen . example:

@media (max-width: 768px) {
	.mobile-view {
 		height: 380px; !important;
	}
}

@media (max-width: 600px) {
	.mobile-view {
 		height: 290px; !important;
	}
}

or use this variant: http://support.balbooa.com/forum/gridbox/189-image-slider-crop
you can see the whole picture, but then the fields will be added
