Can't Change Product Order Statuses - URGENT

Hi there,

After updating to the most recent gridbox version we are no longer able to update product order statuses, and this means we can not send out emails to customers to inform them that their order is complete and being shipped to them...

Can confirm this is an issue for 3 separate people with 3 separate machines / browsers.

Please can you help me fix... I will send you user access to my site via contact form now to save time.

Hi Richard,

The issue was related to hosting cache, now everything is ok. You can try :)

I have the same issue with the latest release. I found a workaround.
- Change Status
- Save
- Change Status
- Save
did the trict.
