how to add Courier list number to client account after purchase?

and when we send mail to client that his order is ready to send send him also that number.

How it should look like in my opinion - (maybe there is another option)

After purchase when I complete order I prepare everything and edit client order card - in delivery number filed I enter right number save it and change status to completed, after that mail will go to my client also with number of delivery

is it possible?
