Good afternoon,

I am reaching out to you regarding an issue related to the implementation of 'PD Cookie Consent' on our website, www.hqlagaleria.com/. This functionality involves inserting a cookie consent panel and blocking elements that may generate cookies. According to the instructions received, the following library and its styles should be inserted between the <head> and </head> tags, ensuring that the library script is placed above any other scripts or links that may exist between those tags.

To carry out this implementation, I access Gridbox and navigate to the 'SITE' section of the page. Then, in the <...> Scripts section, I place the code in the 'Header Scripts' field.

Apparently, the panel is functioning correctly; however, despite rejecting Google Analytics cookies, they continue to appear. Upon reviewing the page's source code, I noticed that the code is located at the end of the document.

I am waiting for your response to see if you can assist me in resolving this issue.

Hello,

I wanted to let you know that we are still having a problem with the PD Cookie Consent panel. Despite rejecting Google Analytics cookies, they are still appearing on our website.

The technician in charge of resolving this type of problem has told us that the PD Cookie Consent script is not found before any other script (attached screenshot).

I am also attaching an image of our website so that you can see the location of the script.

We would appreciate your help on how we can place the script before that code.

Currently, the PD Cookie Consent script is placed in Site Settings - General - Scripts - Header Scripts.
