It's not an error, it's a notice. I think the issue is related that the page includes 2 schema org ratings, one from Gridbox reviews, other from Amazon reviews. The page should include only 1 rating

The most interesting that Schema org validate only Gridbox rating
validator.schema.org/

Google Rich results dsiplays only Amazon rating
search.google.com/test/rich-results

You need choose only one :)

Hello,

At the bottom of the shortcode list, you will find custom fields (Product description). You can use this field. Or you can manually enter the value by typing the description directly in the schema org code
<script type="application/ld+json">
{
  "@context": "https://schema.org/",
  "@type": "Product",
  "name": "[Page Title]",
  "image": "[Page Image]",
  "description": "TYPE YOUR PRODUCT DESCRIPTION",
  "sku": "[Product SKU]",
  "offers": {
    "@type": "Offer",
    "url": "[Page URL]",
    "priceCurrency": "[Product Currency]",
    "price": "[Product Price]",
    "availability": "[Product In Stock]",
    "itemCondition": "https://schema.org/UsedCondition"
  }
}
</script>
