how to set the customer to be able to pay on delivery,

Hi,

Select "Store Pickup" and rename title to "Pay on Delivery"

it would be ok. but then I can't set the price for shipping. shipping is generally more expensive when the customer pays on delivery.

when I do as you showed, the shipment must be for free. you can't set a price then.

But you can select any type of shipping which include price and most suits your needs and name is as "Pay on Delivery"
