Hi, I have a question concerning shipping rate per product.
I already added two shipping methods using rate per product and configured it. As I have two options (regular package shipped by company A and oversized packages who have to shipped by another company B because of dimension), I need to set the shipping rate per product and not per weight. But where or how can I add one of the shipping methods to single products? Cannot find anything on single product layout and was looking in all settings as well  but cannot find it, either in documentation?!Thanks and stay safe!  |

Thank you for contacting us! I can propose you set shipping per category Place your product in a specific category and set the shipping price for this category. Unfortunately Gridbox doesn't allows setting shipping per product Regards, Artem, Balbooa.com |

Oh, okay, I totally misunderstood this feature I will use different weight ranges instead, as it is not specific to categories. Maybe something for your future Gridbox store bucket list  Have a great day! |
