Stop Order Complete message from going out

We have a client that wants us to stop the order complete message from going out to the customer when they switch the status to completed. Is there an easy way to do that?

You can do this (delete the email) in the Email Notifications settings

Weird my email notifications area shows a drop down to select the different email notifications and does not show a delete button.

No. We are updating today. We have heavily modified the core code to allow for a ton of features such as hiding pricing before login ... tiered pricing rules based on quantity that can be applied to any product ... shipping rules based on percentages and locations of the shopper etc. There is a pretty long list of things the cart couldn't do yet that were project requirements and unfortunatly not all of them could be coded as overrides so updating is currently a longer process. Sice we are still in development we have been saving the updates until our other code requirements were complete. I will let you know if that solves the issue since the version we are on is from a couple of months back.
