Balbooa Help Center: Update gridbox (1/1)

Alberto Posts: 601	Hello support, i have always updated gridbox from component. At this time i can not see upgrade from joomla gridbox component. I see version 2.2.10 and not update to version v.2.12.11. See image attached. Can i do something? Attachments: ...4-5.jpg (41KB)

Hello Alberto,

The updating script is placed on the local machine in our office. Since the situation in our country, we can't visit our office and get files, it is not safe.

So, at the moment Gridbox updates can be done only manually. Please check "Method 3: Update from Downloaded Archive", here: www.balbooa.com/gridbox-documentation/how-to-update
