Hi there!

Unfortunately, directly right now we can't provide fix for issues:
- "Select and option" button
- Error on product page

All customers who have this issues we ask install back to the previous version 2.12.9.2

1. Create your site backup
2. Download installation package of Gridbox 2.12.9.2 and install within your Joomla dashboard (Extensions >> Install) in the same way as you have installed Gridbox for the first time

Артём, обновлялся до последней версии, кнопка в магазине осталась вида - выбрать опцию.
При покупке товара (электронного), не переводит на оплату, а через некоторое время кидает на главную страницу сайта.
Установил из вашего архива предыдущую версию - кнопка стала Купить, но оплата так и не работает. что делать? очень нужен рабочий магазин.

Какую платежную системы вы используете?

Если YooKassa (они недавно поменяли свой API) вам необходимо установить последнюю версию Gridbox и воспользоваться вот этим решением

Если не YooKassa тогда доступы на сайт через контактную форму
