Store problem

We have a store here: royalgoldcbd.com and when attempting to place an order, it doesn't do anything... we have it tied to PayPal and confirmed it is set up correctly... We add a product, go to checkout, fill in the info and click on the "Place Order" button and it sits there and spins forever...

I will send the login info through the contact form.

Check the correctness of your key, perhaps the store is not activated in the account settings

the store is active and the key is correct... would there be any other reasons why this wouldn't be working?
