My web pages show different views on 2 phones.

On a Huawei Mate 20 Lite, the view is correct as in Gridbox Phone Portrait mode. The phone has a resolution of 1080x2340

On the Xiaomi Mi 10t with a resolution of 1080x2400 the view is completely wrong and I don't know why this is?

Instead of one column, there are 2 columns, which then completely distorts the view. How can I correct this?

It is not only with my website but also with my customers that I have created.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us

The screen resolution is not important, the screen width is important (the media query is triggered depending on the screen width).
Example when rotating (portrait / landscape) the resolution remains the same, the width changes.
You need to adjust the breakpoints in the site settings in accordance with the width of your phones.

I don't quite understand now?

everything is totally shifted, actually nothing is right. It doesn't matter whether I hold it horizontally or vertically.

Can you take a look at my settings and give me a tip about the settings?
