Populate elements / plug-ins with data | eCommerce App

Hi Support Team

I have used a template to understands GridBox -> eCommerce App and work fine (with theme of you),
now I have duplicate the Shop and tried to delete the elements/plug-ins and Create this from Scratch (Single Post Layout),
I started with delete the Product Slider and added the Product Galerie, unfortunately it remains empty.
I can not find the setting to populate the plug-in with data

The stock plugin is switched off, but remain visible and always shows 27 on all products.
