Balbooa Help Center: Impossible update (1/1)

Karol Posts: 147	Hi! I have Gridbox 2.8.2 installed on one of my sites and I cannot update it. I wanted to activate the license but an update is needed which I am doing. The message extension was successfully update appears, but there is no update. What could be the reason? Send site access and FTP?
	The administrator has disabled public write access.

Thank you for contacting us

Try updating manually

1. Clear your browser cache.
support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050...form%3DDesktop&hl=en
2. Login to your profile on Balbooa.com and download extension installation package.
3. From the backend of your Joomla site (administration) select Extensions >> Install/Uninstall.
4. Click the Browse button and select the extension package on your local machine.
5. Click the Upload File & Install button.
6. Clear your Joomla and Browser cache.
