Hello support in your opinion which is the best way to put a different technical specification table for each product as in the attached image?

I know this but i don't know how to do it for each products.
This table is differente in each products so for product 1 i have a table for product 2 i have another table and so on..

For a product, it is better to use fields (label | value) with a border-bottom.
Add a field in the single post layout, and set the desired values in each post

Is possibile to insert this value with two rows with a default table and then modify it on the single product wit the specific table?

There is no such possibility
You need to collect something like a table.

Alternatively i can use an image for each product specifications.Is possible to make something like an overlay section that show image with product specification.
An overlay with "value" image (that i wil generate and uploaded for each product)

You can implement it as it suits you, we only offered one of the options
