Headline animation is not working when deffered loading is enabled

When i disable deffered loading it's working as aspected. When you are in edit mode everything seems to be fine.

I think it's a bug.

Solved

This happens because at the time of loading you see a page without styles (due to deffered loading ),
and when the styles are applied there is no possibility to check scrolling to the headline in order to start the animation, after the slightest scrolling movement the animation will start

It will not work if the headline is visible in the first download screen (you don't have to scroll to it) and deferred loading is enabled
