Hello, on some sites that I am doing SEO on I use an extension that manages all this in a single dashboard. So I do not want to load any additional tags on the page. Joomla does not load open graph tags so I can only assume your system is adding these.

How can I disable these blank ones from loading?

Hello,

Go to: plugins/system/gridbox/gridbox.php

Line: 170

Delete:
if ($app->isSite() && $doc->getType() == 'html') {
            $html = $app->getBody();
            $str = gridboxHelper::checkMeta();
            $html = str_replace('</head>', $str.'</head>', $html);
            $app->setBody($html);
        }

Can this be done with an override?

Don't you think this should be optional anyway? You don't even add Twitter tags.

Joomla doesn't allow to do overrides for system plugins.

No, since during all this time of Gridbox development, you are the first who asked for the ability to disable metatags.

Could you please consider an option for this. It's very difficult to manage this on many sites.

My main issue is using an SEO component to manage all my pages is so much easier than opening each and every Gridbox Page, Product, or Post to make changes to the sharing image, Page Title, and Description. I love Gridbox but there are also tools out there that do certain things much more efficiently.

Thank you
