Sticky "documentation" menu

On documentation pages we often see the sidemenu being sticky while the main area "roll" or fade to the correct content when clicking on menu items.

Is this possible with your page builder, without hacks and extra coding?

As you see in these examples, the left side is sticky, it stays when you click on items without the page reloading, while the main content changes.

Ok, but on that page there, when you click a menu item the entire menu does kind of a jump, turning into blue for a second and another font before returing to how it was. Thats quite ugly, why does that happen?

This is because the page is reloading.
It takes time for the styles to be applied,
in order to hide this effect you can add the preloader to the page
