Why am I getting a 3D Secure verification failed error?
The payments reach balbooa.com through a secure connection. So we use a
3D Secure verification. Possible reasons for the 3D Secure verification error:
- You have a pop-up blocker installed in your browser or computer, that blocks the additional 3D Secure page from opening;
- You are overseas, and your bank is sending a netcode SMS - but you are not using the same phone number;
- Your bank is currently not enrolled in the 3D Secure verification program or the card is not supporting international and online payments.
Try to make a payment from
another browser,
disabling all extensions.
Didn't it work? Then
contact your bank or card issuer to find out if they already
support the 3D Secure verification program and if the card can be used for international and online payments.
N.B. Don't forget to confirm the online payment.
After submitting your payment, your bank must approve a transaction. This check makes paying online even more secure. Methods for confirming payments may be different. For example, it could be a banking app, a one-time passcode, or something else. Whichever method you use, be sure to confirm the online payment.
