How does your site-support workflow look like?

Hello Balbooa team!

As a happy customer of basically all three major products of yours I recently had a question.

On another account on here I have contacted you a couple of times about some small problems mostly regarding Gridbox (all of them already successfully resolved, of course). For in depth problem solving you require FTP and Joomla access.

So my question would be: what is your workflow after you received the login details?
(Feel free to not answer this if it would somehow raise security concerns)
