We have an issue trying to view a popup window that gives us the activation codes. The actual window pops up but nothing is displayed after purchase. the second issue is that I have purchased the bundle a while back and I didn't get the forms option on my second account. I am using google chrome "updated" I have tried using Safari on Mac, and edge on windows 10 pc, and on all platforms I couldn't access the details. Here are screenshots.
