Why exactly don't you have a way to search your website for information? Your help articles are awful (no offense) but they have almost zero instructions and most of the features and settings are not even listed. All the good stuff is in your blog but no way to find anything. It's quite maddening to be honest.
You are using Joomla, can't you offer a search feature outside the forum?
